We hope you adore your Oyrosy purchase, but if you find something amiss, we're here to assist you. We apologize if the items you received didn't meet your expectations. We gladly accept returns and exchanges for most items that are in new, pristine condition. Before initiating a return or exchange, please review our Return & Exchange Conditions below to ensure your items meet the criteria:

Return & Exchange Conditions:

a. Item Condition: All return or exchange items must be in unworn, undamaged, unwashed condition, with all original labels attached, and in their original packaging. If items do not meet these conditions, the buyer will be responsible for all incurred fees (including order fees and logistics fees), and a refund will not be issued.

b. Timeframe: Items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of receipt. Please note that overdue requests may not be accepted.

c. Freight Costs: We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for packages returned to us for personal reasons. If you choose to return the package for personal reasons, you'll be responsible for the return costs. However, we will cover the costs for valid return and exchange requests.

d. Notification: Please do not send items back directly without notifying us first.

Return/Exchange Process:

Step 1: Reach out to our dedicated customer service representatives at support@oyrosy.com to request a return authorization and receive the return address. Make sure to include your order number and reason for return.

Step 2: After we receive your email with the exchange/return request, our customer service team will send you detailed exchange/return instructions via email. Follow these instructions carefully to complete the process.

Sizing Issues:

If you're returning or exchanging an item due to sizing issues, please provide us with photos of the product for size measurement. Contact us via email to initiate the process.

Order Cancellation:

If you need to cancel an order, please submit a cancellation request to our customer service team via support@oyrosy.com as soon as you decide to cancel.

  • For orders cancelled within 24 hours of purchase but not yet shipped, we will offer a partial refund after deducting a 15% cancellation fee.
  • We will not accept order cancellation requests for orders that have already been shipped.

Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll send you an email confirming the receipt and whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be processed, and the credit will be applied to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

If you haven't received your refund, please check your bank account, contact your credit card company, and then your bank for any potential delays. If you still haven't received your refund, reach out to us at support@oyrosy.com for assistance.

Please Note: Do not send items directly to the address on the parcel, as it might be a transit warehouse for the carrier, which is not the correct destination.
