Lost or Stolen Packages

If you suspect your package is lost or stolen, or if it's marked as delivered but hasn't arrived, please contact us within 10 days to initiate a claim. We'll guide you through the claims process with the carrier. Keep in mind that claims may take up to 30 days to resolve, depending on the carrier's procedures. Important: Oyrosy cannot be held responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier, and we do not issue refunds or credits for such cases.

Out of Stock Items

In case your order includes out-of-stock items, we'll promptly ship the available items and notify you via email about the out-of-stock items.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are based on your order value, which affects the package's weight:

  • Order value less than $79: Shipping Cost $9.99
  • Order value $79 or more: Enjoy FREE SHIPPING!

We encourage you to consider orders over $89 to qualify for free shipping and maximize your savings. Please note that specific heavy products like tactical vests and select boots may have different shipping charges, as specified on their product pages.
