Thank you for supporting Oyrosy! Our preorder items represent the latest in design and trends. These styles are innovative and fresh, but they are not currently in stock. All preorder items will be produced after you place your order.
High-Quality Production Time
To ensure each preorder item meets our high-quality standards, additional time is required for production. It typically takes about three weeks for production and quality checks. We promise to expedite the process as much as possible, but please allow for this extended timeframe.
Patience Requested
For customers ordering preorder items, we appreciate your patience. Due to the nature of preorder items, you will experience a longer wait time before receiving your order. If you are concerned about the delivery time, we advise reconsidering the purchase of preorder items.
Preorder Item Identification
On our website, all items marked "Preorder" are preorder items. Items without this marking are in stock and will be shipped according to our standard shipping process. Please verify the status of the item before purchasing to ensure it meets your expectations.
Order Cancellation and Return Policy
- Order Cancellation: Once a preorder item is ordered, it enters the production process immediately. Therefore, cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours. Cancellation requests made after 24 hours will not be accepted.
- Return and Exchange Policy: If you receive a preorder item with quality issues or it does not meet your expectations, you may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving the item. Returned or exchanged items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
